Every piece of jewelry deserves to be carefully maintained, which requires us to avoid wearing jewelry under some harsh conditions. Such as bathing / swimming / sports. Therefore, we do not recommend wearing jewelry when taking a bath.

How should I store/protect my jewelry?

Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. How long does shipping take?

Can I return it if I don’t like it?

Yes, At Hearfox we know for a fact that you will be thrilled with your new Hearfox. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your watch or if there were any shipping damages you can get a refund within 14 days after receiving your watch, we will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us. If not, You will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself and we will charge $30 - for the shipping costs we paid to ship the watch to you. Just send us an email and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

The item looks different from the pictures?

We believe this is unlikely, as our packaging department carefully checks every order multiple times before shipping. However, if there is any issue, please don't hesitate to contact us — Hearfox will gladly send you the correct item you ordered, completely free of charge.
