Will this jewelry turn my skin green?

No, our jewelry will never turn your skin green. We have 5 times 18K gold finish, and it will last for several years. The quality has been verified by International Institution SGS.

Can I take a shower with this without fading? does It change color?

Every piece of jewelry deserves to be carefully maintained, which requires us to avoid wearing jewelry under some harsh conditions. Such as bathing / swimming / sports. Therefore, we do not recommend wearing jewelry when taking a bath.

How should I store/protect my jewelry?

Jewelry should be kept dry. If your jewelry is not used frequently, keep it stored in the provided dust bag. Good storage boxes are lined with tarnish-proof fabric and have a separate space for each individual piece. If your climate is humid, place a small packet of desiccant crystals inside your storage area. Avoid storing the jewelry with rubber products. Always remove your jewelry when applying colognes, perfumes or other chemical products.

How long does shipping take?

Thank you for your interest in our products.The delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose. Currently, we offer two shipping options:
- Standard Line Shipping: Delivery usually takes around 5–8 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.
 Express Shipping: This option typically takes 3–5 business days for delivery.We always strive to provide you with the best possible experience and would be happy to assist you in choosing the most suitable shipping method.

Can I return it if I don’t like it?

Yes, At Hearfox we know for a fact that you will be thrilled with your new Hearfox. In the rare event that you are unsatisfied with your watch or if there were any shipping damages you can get a refund within 14 days after receiving your watch, we will cover the shipping costs if the problem is caused by us. If not, You will need to pay for the shipping costs yourself and we will charge $30 - for the shipping costs we paid to ship the watch to you. Just send us an email and we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours.

The item looks different from the pictures?

We believe this is unlikely, as our packaging department carefully checks every order multiple times before shipping. However, if there is any issue, please don't hesitate to contact us — Hearfox will gladly send you the correct item you ordered, completely free of charge.
